PICOMS 1st Convocation

PICOMS first convocation after its rebranding was held on 5th October, 2011. The Prime Minister’s wife Y.A.Bhg. Datin Paduka Seri Rosmah Mansor was given the honour of giving away the diplomas to graduates from the nursing principle.

About 161 graduates received their diplomas during the memorable occasion. The ceremony was divided into two sessions in which Y.A.Bhg. Datin Paduka Seri Rosmah Mansor gave away diplomas in the 1st session while the 2nd session was given away Y.B. Mejar General Dato’ Seri Jamil Khir B. Haji Baharom (R), Minister in the Prime Ministers Department and MAIWP’s Chairman of the Board of Directors.   

Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor has reminded new graduates to pursue their educations to the higher level possible so that they can become expert in their chosen fields. The prime minister's wife said graduates with a high-level of knowledge and skill would have a better chance of getting employed and become a professional. Datin Seri Rosmah also called on PICOMS to establish a joint-venture programme at a degree level for international students, especially from Islamic countries
